I made an application for a top up loan at Bridge loans on the 04 September 2013 when I was in a bit of a financial situation and needed extra money. My application was approved on Friday 06 September 2013, after not receiving the payout the following Monday I contacted them only to be informed that they have had a backlog and payouts take 7-10 working days. Today I called to follow up and was informed that it would take 15 days. Their website offers a simplified system but why advertise this when you are unable to deliver the goods. At the time of application there was also no indication of the amount of time it would take for payout, if I had known this from the start I could have rather tried another service provider. Now my payday is coming and more than likely won't require the loan any longer. I think this is the WORST service I have received from any organisation providing financial assistance.
