Poor Service

My father car was in an accident on the 10th of October 2012. No one contacts him to update him, it's been almost 4 months now.
I have phoned Indwe as well and was told that it was written off and was asked to fax car registrations and settlement letter, we did that. The next time I phoned to ask for progress, I'm now told that the car will be fixed and is been sent to panel-beaters. Now this is confusing.

I would like to know, why no one is phoning and updating us? Does it take almost 4months to fix the car? When will he get his car? How are you going to convince him to continue paying for premiums or be covered by you where as he doesn't even know where his car is or when is he going to get it??
