I am so disgusted with Gap Claims. I had been diagnosed with cancer and had an emergency hysterectomy.. the absolute i have been going through between Pharos Med aid who did not want to pay and now to get you guys to refund a feeble R 4000.
I have been in contact with Phoras on DAILY basis to Try and get the DETAILED MEDICAL AID STATEMENT for an even more feeble amout of R 1 782 required by your assessor???!!! being told i either get the paper or you wont refund???
I have now managed to speak to the superviser at Pharos and the only documents they CAN & WILL send i hhave now emailed.
So if this not to your assessor's liking then what.. i can write off R4 000 that i cannot afford to loose?
This whole situation between Pharos and Gap has been MORE traumatising than the cancer itself!!!
What good will it do MY payment... for you to know what Pharos paid R 370 for??? Never heard such nonsense.
Next step is the ombudsman if my refund is refused again.
if it is not to much to ask can one of your rude staff please email me and advise if this is sufficient and whether or not i will get my refund.
