Refund of excess

Hi,

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call advising that my excess will be refunded for an accident that occurred some time back.
Outsurance informed me that despite still being paid off by the other party, they felt that they had received sufficient funds to enable a refund to me.
Good news indeed, these days when Corporate's are admonished for their greed to have Outsurance place customer service first!
