Roxanne was able to get my claim excess back from the person responsible for my accident. After being told by outsurance previously that they were unable to get hold of said person, I had given up hope of ever getting the money back. little did I know that outsurance was still trying and hadn't given up. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they had successfully retrieved my money back.
