Bad attitude from staff member Tasneen Schroede

I contacted Santam to inform them that I'm currently overseas and am experiencing problems regarding my SA bank account, which I can only resolve when I back in the country in August. She informed me that the debit order has been unpaid for two months, yet I have proof that in July, Santam debited my account and it was successful. To make matters worse, Santam is debiting R5000 per month from my account without a valid reason and I have not agreed to that. My agreement as per my policy is R2400. Please someone tell me how I can get in touch with the insurance ombudsman to report this behavior, I DID NOT ever agree to R5000 being taken from my account and today Tasneem Schroeder says that she will be canceling my policy. This is a typical example of how insurance companies treat clients while they are overseas as they know that we are powerless when we are miles away from South Africa. I am saying this on record, that I am willing to pay July's outstanding premium of R2400 which was not paid, due to me not having R5000 in my bank account. Does anyone in SA pay R5000 per month for residential insurance for living in a one bedroom townhouse. This is!!!
