I repeatedly request the below details from ABSA Vehicle Finance. Lately they did not even respond
"Good Morning,
I am still not satisfied with the contents and detail on my vehicle statement. I have requested several times before, that I would like to view more detail (the same as Wesbank provides as their standard service on-line) e.g. the following:
o Every transaction / payment I made over the period to date - from start to end;
o This must include my monthly instalment as well as all advance payment (as I do these monthly), interests and other costs;
o You are only providing a summary of the last payment - not even reflecting my additional payments
Surely as a consumer I am entitled to this info! Or should I request this through Hello Peter and other consumer columns.
Can you urgently attend to this matter"
I am requesting this now through hellopeter in the hope to get some satisfactory result.
