Went to the branch to enquire about some charges I didn't understand, explained my story to Gloria, she promised to look into and get back to me on the same day (Tuesday 08 Oct). She did call me to say charges would be reversed the following day (Wednesday 09 Oct) and they were. So I am very happy with her great service because it was delivered on time.

Prior to this incident, I was at the branch a couple of weeks ago with my two year old daughter, I had a ticket and waiting for my number to be called. My daughter was restless and wanted us to go, crying. Gloria was helping customers with the tickets at that time, she noticed my kid crying, asked for my I'd book, quickly went to the back (office) and helped me with my query. Then I left earlier than expected with my kid. Thumbs up to Gloria and keep it up.
