First National Bank
No feedback on opening a business account

I wanted to move my business to FNB, but no feedback from the consultant after many emails, phone calls and messages left for Wesley Mills. The Receptionist always says he is busy and will phone me back.
I have completed and sent all info needed to open up an account.
What is the use of moving banks because of the same reason which is Service.
If Wesley tried to get hold of me he clearly did not phone me on my Landline or responded to any of my emails or called me back after I left him another message yesterday.
Shocked. Thought FNB is the bank to be at... clearly all of them are the same.
