I called FNB this morning because i've been struggling with online banking for a few days, after sending numerous emails, and unanswered messages, when I finally got to someone she put me through "to someone that will be able to assist me", who then after the phone kept ringing for 2 minutes, then put the phone down in my ear. This is very, very unprofessional!!! i've done my part, called the bank, sent emails, left messages, numerous times the last couple of days, the least they could do, after not getting back to a CLIENT, was to answer the phone...
If FNB has to many clients, please let 'us' the public know, so that we can take our business else where!
