I sent a query through to Lerato Sambo but received an out of office reply advising she is on leave and then resent the same mail to the people she advised to contact on her out of office. I mailedI mailed Saafiyah Ganesh and still have not had a reply.
On the 14/09/2013 I settled my outstanding loan account with FNB and received the attached letter from Lerato advising that the account has been paid off.
On the 26th the scheduled payment I had in place went off as usual, because I forgot to remove it from my payments list. I tried to go to the branch to get it reversed but they advised that I need to contact the legal department. I tried calling the legal department on several occasions on the number 0875750090 but after holding on for sometimes up to 15min I gave up and then I requested help from Lerato to get the money refunded to me but she has been on leave. Please advise if you will be able to assist.
