Account closed yet i have been handed ove

Hi

I had a telephone conversation with Lerato in customer services (011 560 4705). I was paying my RCS account by debit order up until December when the payments stopped. I then recently received phone calls from RL Daly attorneys on money that is outstanding from RCS as they handed me over.

Upon speaking to RCS and Lerato she confirmed with me that RCS had made a mistake and that they would contact me back. I have been trying to phone ever since as i had another call from RL Daly today. The numbers i try just ring and ring. Lerato informed me that RCS would contact me and send me a clearance letter that my account is closed.

So i want to know where is my clearance letter and when are they going to inform RL Daly that the account is closed. I would appreciate if someone could assist me with this.

I don't owe any money as it was by debit order and there is always funds in my account.
