This means that if there are insufficient funds (R21.00) for the internet banking charges, your account will be locked and you have no internet banking and your account is rendered useless and you cant even use your card at an ATM. Please ABSA, YOU tell me how and on who's cost do I travel 100km to my nearest ABSA branch that is either Queenstown or Aliwal-North to rectify the R21.00 charge and provide prove that I am me? There are a few thousand rand in that account right now, but for a mere R21.00 my account was locked and I have urgent payments to make. Flippen disgusting and not acceptable at all.!!!
