A few days ago I received a response regarding my request for a consent for rescission of judgement. I was informed that someone is working on it. I called the attorneys to find out when I can expect the letter, and last week Thursday I was told they have received the letter from their client and it would be sent to. I didn't get the letter and on Friday I called, confirming my contact details, and I was told it would be sent out. It's Monday, I called and was told the letter was only received on Friday and it would be sent today. I am still waiting. If the client has indeed sent the letter, why is it taking so long to be sent to me? I've sent e-mails to Lizelle who is supposed to be assisting me, but there is no response. She just reads the emails and doesn't have the decency to respond. I pray for the day that I get out of this situation because it has gone beyonf frustrating.
