Charging Overlimit fee after putting through fee

I have a Discovery Credit Card that I purely use for internet transactions due to the high risk of. I mostly keep the card rather close to the limit and transfer fees as I purchase and for monthly charges. On 10 October 2013 the Visa Card Fee of R595 went off my account and just pushed my over my credit limit. Immediately an Overlimit Fee of R220 was charged. The following day I checked my balances and transferred funds to bring my card within its limit. I phoned Discovery to tell them that I'm not happy to be charged the R220 as it was a bank fee that pushed me over the limit and that I corrected it the moment I became aware of it. The person I spoke to said that he'll escalate my request to have the R220 overlimit fee reversed as he could see that it was the Visa Card fee that put me over the limit but to date the charge has not been reversed.

I'm a good customer and always keep within my given limits. There was no indication that the Visa fee would be deducted nor did I get an sms when the transaction went through and I feel I can't be held reliable for the R220.
