FNB - I just need very basic service

I phoned for a technician for some of our speedpoints whilst at Coca Cola Dome for an event running 27 - 29 September. I waited for the technician who was supposed to be on the way until 1am. Sunday by 8am I was calling no joy and we had a service that morning. I was called to say someone is coming on 1 October (AFTER the event!!!) Noone has come. Between Saturday 28 Sept to today I have phoned the call centre at least 18 times and they all politely tell me they have booked for a technician. I guess the technician is just not arriving. I want to bank our money from the machines that worked and each time I call the call centre I hooollld! Please - I just would like very basic service from our bank
