Harassment from collection agency

Good day, i planned on writing directly to RL DALY, who are the cause of my frustration but if look they have had complaints of which they DO not reply to. i had a RCS account with you some years ago. i understand that the account is overdue, but i have made constant payment since being able to find work again. yet every month i receive an email advising me that i have defaulted. on the 14th of august i received a email from a LEIGHANN GOUNDEN stating that my email address was removed from their database. lo and behold i get another TODAY. even more astonishing is that the mail is received at 15.28pm but their call centre closes at 13.00pm :) brilliant... yes? lets annoy people after we close so they cannot call and complain. i have worked in collections i know about call costs and email/letter costs. i will NEVER pay those costs, because they are a bunch of halfwits. please can you take this up with whoever contracted this company because unprofessional behaviour directly impacts yourselves. please ensure that they update itc because it does not reflect payments for 2 years??? please also advise me on what was handed to them as there amounts never make sense
