We bought electricity at an easypay machine at a garage. The voucher number shows 4 sets of 4 numbers instead of 5 sets of 4 numbers. I have reported this to easypay and gave them the receipt number and my meter number. They now want me to send them a copy of the voucher. How incompetent and what bad service this is. Why does the customer have to go through so much trouble when they have taken the money already and they can so checks on their side. People should be made aware of these inconveniences as there are other vendors. Why cant they just send me the correct voucher number? they have my meter number and address. What more so they want in order to settle an issue which was caused by them. Using easpay has caused me hassles and frustration... be warned. Imagine the hassles trying to get them a copy of the flimsy voucher... what about those people that dont have e-mail, fax, copier etc.
