Last night I bought electricity voucher via FNB and it didnt work, I went and bought from spar and it still rejected. Today at 08:30 I phoned the call centre and was told that it is due to the upgrade. I provided them with my mobile number and they promised to send me an sms to capture the upgrade number. I am still waiting for the sms and when I phoned them now I keep on getting cut off. this is really irresponsible of them and it seems as if the dont care about the urgency of this matter. Their conduct is very unproffesional.
