I am honestly contemplaiting supporting DSTV rather. First off Top Tv only sells 2 pre paid vouchers. The cheapest and the expensive package, nothing in between. And every singly month i have issues loading this voucher. I get excuses it must be my Cellphone Network or im doing something wrong. This month on the 6th of March 2013 at 12h58 i used my EasyPay account and paid my subsrciption directly at Pick and Pay. Guess what today is the 10th, 4 days later and my subsrciption has been cut! After i also sent Customer Care and email on Friday the 8th March 2013 that i did not buy a voucher this month, but paid directly at Pick and Pay into the account number Top Tv provided me with! Top Tv should not come with the excuse then i pay via voucher then via EasyPay. They should do the "books", they do have their Customers account numbers!
