Today I've phoned FNB contact centre to follow up with an issue I reported previous week (somehow I was recently signed for posted monthly statements instead normal e-mail statements and charged - ref. Rd13100213139) and while in the middle of our conversation about my current issue FNB consultant started a long story about FNB's Savings Pocket account and mobile banking. I was not interested about any of them a was negatively surprised the way it was presented to me - typical aggressive salesman manner. To add on top of this that the way he was communicating to me was unacceptable (you understand? etc.)
Now, I just opened my internet banking and received notification that new account has been added - Savings Pocket! Who gave him/FNB the right to add any product or the service I never signed for??? I don't care if product is free or super beneficial to me, I want it removed or de-linked from my account IMMEDIATELY as I never asked for it!

I am not sure what is going on with you FNB; first that awful website upgrade, then I am being charged for statements I never signed for, now I got new account added to my FNB account without any approval.
Please please, get your things together.
