On Saturday 5 October 2013 whilst driving on our way back home; our car suddenly started jurking and cut out. We managed to get it about 100m to the nearest petrol station, where we then tried everything but the car didnt want to budge. Our first call to First for Woman for towing Services wad 11:40, the lady said she needed to check our account and she would contact us, 10 minutes later and she didnt, so we phoned again!! Another gentleman said he would help and personally contact us back asap!!! 1 Hour later and nothing happend, no call, nothing. We then phoned again and spoke to Constance who helped us, and said she would phone us back, 30 minutes later we phoned and she said a Towing Service is on its way. We are sitting in 38 Degree car next to some train station!!! 2 girls ALONE!!! We sat there waitng and phoning First for Woman, but whenever asking for Constance, she never answered and then they hung up. We phoned asking for the manager, but they hung up again!!! No one wanted to help us!! The towaing truck got there 16:50 and we follwed it home with my moms car. We were physically and emotionally exhausted and got sunburnt!!! We are DISGUSTED with your Service!!!
