Saw a lady reversing into my car. Although I was furious, I was confident that Outsurance will help me repair my car. As has become the norm with Outsurance, my car was repaired within a couple of days. I didn't think they would be able to refund my excess, but now 3 months later they phoned me to inform me that they have recovered my excess and the repair costs and I can expect the money in my account within 3 days.
