Failed to remove Trace Alert and no response to

E-mailed DMC on the 3rd of September requesting that they remove the Trace Alert from Transunion as the debt Prescribed.

Phoned back today to follow up and the "Prescription Claim" is untouched and there is still a Trace Alert on my name.
