I have contact the credit bereau and was advised that i have a trace alert from nimble group. My details are still the same. i have never been contacted by one of your consultants only an sms is sent.
I have sent numerous emails to a consultant named, Carol. she has never replied to them. How can you put a trace alert if your consultants do not even bother contacting me.
Please remove this trace alert urgently, once done, please advise so that i may contact ITC to confirm. i have spoken to my attorney and he advised that what Nimle Group is doing is misusing the trace alert.
