No Point in having a Express Clearance option

I registered with Credit Salvage and chose the Express Clearance Option as I needed my defaults and debt review status updatedremoved asap as I had applied for a job and this needed my profile to be clean.

Now on the application form is states for the Express Consolidation 'To qualify for this premium services at least 80% of your debt needs to be repaid in full and no consolidation is needed' Now I have 2 defaults which have been PAID in full and have no other debt. Therefore I meet the minimum requirements for this. I also goes on to say your file will be handled by a specialist dept who will ensure SPEEDY removal of your listings and that court orders can be obtained in a week or 2.

Now here I am 4 weeks later and only last week did I get an sms from Transunion to say my dispute has been received and when I email Thato asking why only I am getting this sms now he says there is a back log at Transunion, why did he not tell me this BEFORE? And why is it he can't give me feedback without me having to ask for it? After reading all the great feedback I really thought I made the right decision enlisting your help, I guess not. I get things don't always go according to plan.
