I have been to FNB to apply for a product and was informed that there was a trace alert on my ITC. DMC never phoned me or send me a letter for that matter.
Now I find out that the alert is for accounts that is 10, 9 and 4 years old. I will definitely take this further and lodge a complaint with the NCR is this is not removed by friday the 16th of August 2013.
Now that I ahve phoned them, no trace alert is necessary anymore. Please remove a.s.a.p.
