Thanks Piere,

I submitted my claim on the 3rd of June 2013 through the call centre and Pierre assisted me. There was no paperwork and or hassles which kept me busy for hours. I phoned them today the 5th of June 2013 and the claim have been processed and Piere confirmed that the money was already paid which will clear in 48 hours. All I can say is never ever in my life have I completed an insurance claim in 2 days usually it takes two weeks plus and you always get the run around.
