I contacted Trans union this morning and was informed that i have a Trace Alert on my name placed there my DMC. DMC have previously contacted me on my cellphone and have never once asked me for my details until today. If this trace alert is not removed immediately, i will contact the ombudsman for the Credit Bureau to have this removed. it reflects badly on my credit rating and this is not acceptable.
