Trace Alert on my Trans Union

After getting my Credit report from Trans Union, I found a Trace Alert logged by DMC, I tried to contact the given Contact, its not working or i get a voice prompt, I have been trying to remove the trace alert and they not Trying anythings.

I want this trace alert removed
