Ond restructuring repayment application not atted

Good day Sir/Madam
we bought house thru Standard bank. On the 12 August 2013 we applied for repayment restructuring that was suppose to start on the 07 September 2013, we made follow up on the application and it was not attended at all till the last day of the payment and unfortunate there were no enough funds in the account and it could not go thru. Now we recieved a call requesting payment and I asked about application and the person said I was called on the 07 September 2013 by Mongezi and I did not pick up the phone so he decided to withdrawn the application. I presume this are. No voicemail;sms or email was left. The account is in arrears now.
We decided to go to Standard bank head office in Johannesburg with the hope will be helped .we were taken from pillar to post. we were told to reapplied and we did. up today no one has bothered to call us and on the 07 October its a due date for payment and our account is in arrears already. It is only Standard bank who did not respond to our application all other financial institutions did respond positively.
we are so disappointed with this kind of service, we are not sure whether the attention is to reposes the property.
