I have been battling to open a new account for the past 2 months and every time I go to the branch they tell me that something is wrong with my documents.
Why do we see all these adverts of how simple it is to bank with Capitec but when we actually go there to open a new account then it is such a hassle.
You have just lost a potential client as I will not be making use of your services again.
Very dissapointed.
