Lost Money & not impressed

I sold an item. Seller transferred money into my account. Fnb sent the sms confirmation that money is in that night. The following morning I then dispatched the goods knowing funds were cleared. Only to get a call 8 hors later stating that it was a transaction. Cheque deposit via atm. Ive lost money and fnb refuses to take responsibility.
