I logged a complaint with Bluebean (Standard Bank) because they reported me to ITC for no apparent reason. Their response was that they, according to my contract, can do that. No reason provided, for the reporting, no detail, just that they can do it, apparently, when they want. So, I requested more detail on the transaction with ITC (forms, requests, documentation, etc.) and my signed contract.
I haven't heard anything back from this Ms. Nxumalo in over three weeks!
My next stop is the credit authorities to check to see if a contract that allows one party to inflict harm on an individual because, "they can". I am sure that Ms. Nxumalo's email will prove to be a good base for a case against them.
Let's see.
