After my previous complaint the detail on my policy was corrected and I thought this was the end of my problems. WRONG!!
1) The wrong address and email is still on the Discovery system. E-mails to ask to rectify it is just not answered.
2) I booked the installation of the DQ tracking unit for 3/6. Nobody pitched and I had to phone again to get someone there.
3) A week later and the DQ tracking unit still NOT working.
4) I phoned the call center just now just to be told that their system is hanging and I must phone back. They can't phone me back to correct THEIR problem and when I asked what his name was the consultant hung up on me. REALLY??
I think this was the biggest mistake I made to join Discovery Insure. Nothing went right so far!!
