Absa ongoing terrible service and product

Seriously ABSA which century is this?

My online banking being simply cut off because there weren't enough funds in my account? No sms notification or email or any form of communication. There are no funds because you are charging higher banking costs every month. I am not keeping up with the increases and honestly don't have any idea what they are for anymore. I have been with Absa for 15 years and have always done my part. I had to call the call centre to find out why I can't log in with NO error message - I thought my account was being hacked. You guys are really letting me down and I need to just close this account once and for all and move everything to FNB.

I tried sorting out ATM loans 6 months ago which I can't use either with NO reason supplied and I still haven't received any feedback there either. I went into a branch and was shown on your system that my credit rating is great there's "not really any reason why it is declined" and "there's not much you can do about it"

You guys are absolutely terrible and making my banking a nightmare.

Now I can't log in to do my other payments.

I am so irritated.
