Twice this week I have walked out this branch unhappy.
Ther service is rediculous, the consultants are so unfriendly and work at snail pace.
It sno wonder this branch is dead quite, becasue I would rather wait in a queue at any other branch than have to deal with Hemingways Branch again.
Within 10 minutes after getting back to my office I had been approved for a new account and credit card by FNB over the phone and they are going to be setting everything with Standard bank on my behalf. What a pleasure!
I then contacted the team leader at Std Bank Hemingway Mall to request they cancel my application and they were not in the least bit interested in why?
Bet they were just glad to do less work and would have more time to sit googling the internet!
