Can someone please explain to me why my personal loan has not been capitalised. I have been to the branch twice now to have this done ans still it remains the same! Please get your staff to do their work as my loan needs to be settled this month. I dont understand why this is not done. Do I need to come, run and improve your service delivery? The mail for Capitalisation has been sent twice from the Bellville branch!
Please attend to this ASAP.
