I have been a long standing client of yours and it seems like your service is getting worse by the second... Its is terrible that agents can feel its ok to put down the phone on its clients... its sad nedbank... really sad i must say... THE MANAGER DOE'S NOT TAKE CALLS... IN THIS DAY AND AGE... THE MANAGER IS TOOO HIGH UP TO SPEAK TO NEDBANKS CLIENTS... THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS BUSY OR NEVER AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS WHY THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS CAN DROP THE LINE ON ITS CLIENTS... ST THEY KEEP THEM HOLDING THAN DROP THE CALL... NICE ONE NEDBANK
