I CAME WITH R15 000 TO SETTLE MY PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNT.
SOMEHOW THE TELLER PUT THE MONEY IN THE WRONG ACCOUT. I PICKED THIS UP TWO DAYS LATER. I WENT BACK TO THE BANK AND I TRANSFERED THE MONEY TO THE BANKS ACCOUNTS DUE TO THE TELLERS INCOMPETANTCY.
IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOT UPDATED. JEAN THE BRANCH MANAGER, MITCHELLE THE CONSULTANT PASSES THE BUCK AND DOES NOT TAKE ACTION AND CALL ITC AND EXPLAIN, TO ITC THEIR UP THEY MADE.
I AM NOT LISTED ON ITC FOR NO REASON. I NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT YET I HAVE A SETTLED ACCOUNT. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AT FNB PAROW BRANCH.
DUE TO THIS UP I CANNOT OBTAIN VEHICLE FINANCE FROM ANY BANCH AND IM USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THIS WINTER MONTHS AS I SOLD MY PREVIOUS CAR TO SETTLE MY PERSONAL LOAN.!!!
