NO SERVICE DELIVERY AT FNB VAAL MALL

I went into the bank today, Friday 4 October 2013, at 13:30

There was only one (1) teller open and a double queue.

Many of the clients had problems and then this one teller had to leave his station to sort out the problems.

There are three (3) offices in the bank, but there was no one in one of the offices.

The lady that used to walk around and tried to help people, was never there from the moment that I entered the bank.

I am highly disappointed, because you can spend hundreds of thousands of rands to have all the advertisements of the excellent service on TV and radio, but I am very sorry to say that I haven't experienced it ever at Vaal Mall since Annetjie left.

Please understand the situation, I am not complaining about the service, because there WAS NO SERVICE.

I also took photos as evidence of the situation.
