I had ordered my double deal card which is supposed to have all the wonderful perks in live for only R99 a month. this happened on the 4th of august 2013. Needless to say i had only received my card in the dying days of september to which they have already debited R418 from my account without any services being delivered. after having my card for a few days, i once again get debited R99, after i have spoken to a consultant by the name of steven who said that they apollogise for the late delivery of the card and i may rest assured that i will be credited for the previous debit orders.

Spoke to a lad by the name of Tevin this morning who said that they cant credit me, it isnt the way things work...

when i asked him if charging people for a service without delivering it, is the way things worked? he then replied by "uuuhm... Is there anything else i can assist u with sir? "
