I am really horrified at the service customers receive in this country, I applied for a loan and was send this QQ form, still waiting after this lady informed me that she is having problems entering my details into the system, and she will get back to me after speaking to the supervisor. Since I have not heard anything and she ignores my emails flat. If you don't know how to deal with customers don't work in the industry. Seems I will have to take my business elsewhere.
