Unilaterally changed terms & No feedback

Unilaterally changed terms of cheque account without notification by withdrawing a facility that I've had for 10 years. When I enquired through the call center and with my Private Banker, no one bothered to provide me with a response. Stupidly loyal customer that's unhappy enough to consider changing to another bank.
