FNB Private Clients has unilaterally cancelled my overdarft facility without notice and contrary to a standing agrement. They have all my details, belies logic why such a drastic step would be implemented without cosultaion with the client. Consequently, without formal notice, i cannot access any deposits made into the account. I have been sent from pillar to post, calls are ignored and emails unreturned. I have been a loyal customer of the bank for 13 years with all my banking needs proided by FNB - perhaps its time change.
