FNB- What CANT we do for you!!

Yesterday I tried transferring monies out of my daughters account (she is 4yrs old and I have power of attorney, and it its linked to my internet profile) to my cheque account to make payment.
I got an error message. I called FNB internet banking and was told it's a limit problem, they would reset it and I could do the transfer after logging in again- to no avail!!
Last night after getting an error message again, I sent an urgent email to my personal banker- I didn't get a response, so I called her this morning.
I was told my daughters account was suspended one month ago because they didn't have her birth certificate! At NO stage was I informed of this! Either when FNB noticed the document missing / warning of account closure/closure!!
Surely FNB could let me know they needed a document (which WAS supplied when opening the account, FICA and all, before suspending the account!!
Come on FNB!! You can't help me!!! You've just created more problems for me!!
As a 35 year client, my advise is that you rethink your approach.
After todays dealings, I don't expect a response as I am still waiting for a supervisor to get back to me- apparently he's in meetings!!!
