the last time i complaint on Hello Peter, Budget said their dispute department will get back to mw with the final report, they did call me but with very disturbing comments, and the matter was not resolved, the lady that was handlling the dispute Tersia Nel, said because i have sent my complaint to Hello peter, one of her collegues will call me on 30th September 2013. i dont know maybe its my phone, but no one called me not on my work landline not even my mobile phone, im still waiting for feedback.
