Helping me solve my claim

I was in a car accident on the 3rd of November. After a long period of time I received a phone call from Budget saying my claim got declined. I was upset and disappointed at the time and put a complaint on Hellopeter. In a day's time a lady from Budget phoned me to say she will have a look at it and talk to her managers. The matter was reconsidered by them and after 2 weeks my claim was solved.

I am very thankful to Alice and Busi who helped me during the whole process. They went the extra mile supporting me and helping me.
