Not very helpful

On the 11 March 2013 .the client of Budget Insurance drove into me . bad scratches on side doors. fax all my paper work through. went for an assessment test at assessment centre in century City cape town. all went well thus far. first a solomze helped and then he passed the buck to shaun in the legal dept of Budget insurance. The client has disputed the claim and i want to take this further as my car is damaged through there client . everyday i must call to follow up . they are not very helpful . i need my car fix . i need to know how can i go about to go further with this dispute case . every day they tell me they cant get hold of there client .. its now 10 workings days later and i must sit with a problem where they suppose to sort this out for me. i wanted to switch over from prime Miridian to budget Insurance but i guess if they cant even sort out a customer what about a client of there's/ will some one please get back to me otherwise then i will take this further than hello peter . this is bad bad bad service of budget insurance.
