Filled out the online form on santamlegal to get personal legal cover. Downloading the policy document did not work, also did not get a confirmation via email or sms. Phoned the call centre at 9am, was told someone would phone me. Nothing. Phoned again 12.30, someone promised to get back to me. About 30mins later someone from Santam calls be to quote me on car insurance. Are you serious?! Come on guys its a simple question. Is the policy active, yes or no. If yes can I have my policy documents please. If no dont bother to open it ill rather go with someone else then after this bad start.
